When darkness comes, is there anywhere we can escape if we have to hide from the reality? Expect unexpected, that’s the theme for the first part of the programme. In the second half, we will teleport you into the wild, where, surrounded by nature you can finally relax and take a break from your everyday problems. Or is that too good to be true?

Are we always on our best behaviour when we know we are being watched? Every day we make decisions on how much of our true selves we want other people to see, desperately trying to keep our anxieties and traumas under our skin. Regardless of who is watching us, our audience, government or the higher power, this programme calls out to look out for each other. In times when there’s a rise of hate, division and invasion of our privacy, we can stand together joined by empathy and love, becoming a better friend and a better human.
